YMCA will get you fit for the Monument Ave 10K
Running 10 kilometers can be pretty daunting. But the Richmond area YMCAs are here to help. Each YMCA is sponsoring a training team to give you guidance and motivation to complete the Monument Avenue 10K.
The cost is $50 but includes entry into the race and plenty of instruction. Experienced coaches will be on hand to give you pointers and have created a training schedule to get you ready for the race. Also included are group walks/runs on Saturday mornings that will match you with others of the same skill level for training sessions.
