Both, if the questions is who needs to suck it up and learn how to play nice. The perception is that the SB has been dragging its feet with a move which has only strengthened the Mayor’s position that they are incompetent. Their apparent inactivity has become the tool of their opponent. If they truly have been hard at work then their inability to properly educate the public as to their goings on has been to their detriment. In their defense, however, they do not have an entire city funded department dedicated to truth crafting. We would all look like kings if we had a staff dedicated to the maintenance of our image.

I’d have to agree with Fiona. Wilder is at least winning the PR war on this one.
