Wheat. Definitely wheat. Have you ever looked at the list of ingredients on white bread? It’s scary stuff.

Nothing beats a bologna sandwich on white with American cheese. Mmmmmm. It’s like a sandwich entirely comprised of thing that don’t exist in the natural world.
But sigh. We eat wheat. Bah.

Wheat. Probably because I was raised on white and this is my little rebellion.

I like both but childhood has programmed me to like white better. Also, wheat goes moldy too fast in my apt.

I’m a hippie at heart. Bring on the 15-grain organic sprouted wheat with all-natural raspberry preserves! Yum.

Wheat, it just tastes better to me. My mom was way ahead of her time in banning white from the house when I was growing up.
