ANYWHERE outside and bask in the ability to do so without 3 layers, a hat, gloves, and a scarf. I will frolick like someone with seasonal affective disorder does now that winter is over.

Usually when spring arrives according to the calendar, it’s still freezing around here. So, I imagine I will head to my friend’s place in South Carolina where it might be 10 degrees warmer.
