Ah well, priorities. BTW, Phillie and a number of larger cities have attempted to implement city wide wi-fi systems with very discouraging results. Seems some folks won 't give up their "triple Play" cable TV, internet, phone deals and prefer to pay $100+++ a month. Lots will say there is a security issue (easily overcome) and others a liability issue (some on soliciting or peddling child porn for example) which might me more or a detriment.
