Thompson Street resurfacing begins today
City of Richmond crews will be resurfacing Thompson Street today through June 24th from Cary to Monument. Work will be done on the sidewalks and pavement. Watch out for delays during the day and potholes at night.

oh, hell yeah. I will definitely take the newly smooth Thompson St. to work on my bike. It’s been so treacherous to bike tires for so long. Now, they just need to paint a bike lane in there amidst the chaotic weaving/merging car lanes and we’ll be all set for a smooth commute.
