Scott’s Addition: Eggs and Legs?

At the 2nd district meeting last week a couple of citizens asked about zoning some of the are residential to prevent Richard’s Rendezvous from moving to the ‘hood.

Next was a question by a group of new residents of Scott’s Addition. They raised concerns about Richard’s Rendezvous joining Paper Moon the neighborhood, and wanted to know if their area could be zoned residential? Pantele likened their situation to that of Carver a few years back, in needing/desiring a zoning change to protect themselves from invasive and unwanted development. (A joke about not asking for the Richard Rendezvous website followed…)

Anyone out there from Scott’s Addition care to weigh in?

  1. Saw this on the news last week. Pantele didn’t seem to be concerned. Has that opinion changed?

Also, the folks over on Brook Road near St. Josephs Villa were able to get the doors closed on a strip joint over their awhile back. Their might be hope for Scott’s Addition
