whine me dine is saying that Stuzzi‘s Giuseppe Scafidi is moving on:

Giuseppe Scafidi’s and Peter Caserta’s concept restaurant will now only be home to Caserta. [...] Most importantly, Guiseppe was the pizza man. For several months now, Scafidi has been training people in the art of making Neapolitan pizza. The trained staff are more than competent at making the pies; they have become very good at it.
