Robbery on Parkwood & Sheppard

From tipsted Daniel:

Shortly after midnight last night, a robbery occurred on the 2900 block of Parkwood. Someone jumped out of a car, beat the victim with a baseball bat from behind, and robbed him.

More on this as it develops.

  1. Whoa I saw the lights last night but didn’t go to check it out. I’m going to email the Lt.

  2. Just heard back from the Lt., she said it wasn’t a robbery as nothing was stolen.

She said she’d get back to me when she learned more.

  3. Can we e-mail the Lt. about anything?
Like… even really noisy people who blast bass every night for 3-4 hours (not even on my street)?
I feel silly calling the cops about it, but I’ve noticed the address shows up on the crime map frequently…
Just wondering, and didn’t know where else to post this.

  4. For problems like that, you should call the non-emergency police number.

  5. The non-emergency police number is 804-646-5100

  6. Don’t be afraid to call 911 either!
