A for profit school house right here in Richmond making money off our city's most disadvantaged and neglected children!!!! I'd rather be a dog housed in the SPCA. I'm sure Jewell-Sherman's Zero Tolerance policy fills the CCP. Do regular private schools operate at a profit? My children were given extra science books to keep at home.

This way no taxes need to be used, nor do children need to be re-zoned, in order to honor federal and state Civil Rights law to provide accessibility to our children and citizens with disabilities. Selling these warehouses and using the proceeds to help bring Richmond Public Schools into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) would be the least painful way to comply with federal law.
