Questions from readers

Two questions from readers, maybe y’all can answer:

Do you all know what restaraunt (I’m assuming it’s a restaurant) is moving into Carytown with the banner on the front that reads “Your Carytown Just Got Tastier”? I walk by it all the time and the only other sign is from the Jones Construction company that is doing the renovations. Thanks for any info.

and:

I am looking to find any day spas in the area that offer relatively low-
priced massages. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is the new restaurant the new sushi place I’ve been hearing about?

no, the new sushi place is where indochine used to be, across from Mongrel and the Byrd. The place mentioned is up by Barberella, and across the street (and further west) from Look salon and the tanning place, i think. To that end, I don’t know what’s going there.

I get my wife gift certificates from Gali’s on Cary sometimes for massages, but I didn’t comparrison shop much. I think that it was like $110 for a hot stone massage.

It will be called “Weezie’s Kitchen” if you are talking about the old Limani.

    The name alone fortells greatness.

The Carytown just got tastier place is not the old Limani’s (soon to be Weezie’s Kitchen) – it used to be an antique place-vSilver Spider, or some such thing, and for a brief while was the home of Carytown books. It’s the place that the employees from Zeus Cafe are opening.

I looked in the window of the old Indochine (soon to be new sushi?) and it looks pretty nice in there. It’ll have a tough time stealing me away from Akida though.

Seriously, their new Raging Roll is kind of the best thing ever.
