Property assessments online

Thanks to John for point this out. Your property assessments are online now (with a crappy interface).

Property values are definitely going up on my street South of Cary, I imagine they are else where West of the Boulevard.

  1. Assessments went up about 20% on my block of Parkwood- my neighbor’s went up over 50%. Should have bought instead of rented…

  2. I live on Grayland and mine went up 23%. I mean good news long term I guess, but paying more property takes makes my thin thin wallet cry.
