New bike shop in Carytown
Braden Govoni, formerly of Rowlette’s, is opening up a new bike store in Carytown called: Carytown Bicycle Company. Huzzah! Let’s hope he can get some steel framed road bikes up in there.
I’ll try and snag an interview with him when the store opens up sometime in April (hopefully).
Oh, the address is 3224 W. Cary. I need to ride past and see exactly where that is.
UPDATE: 3224 W. Cary is right next to where the Storehouse used to be.
Even though I’m not a big biking fan – I still ride my old GT (something) ive had since college. I do like the fact he has a blog though and is sharing his adventure and excitement about his new business.
I’m hoping that this new venture will not hurt Rowlette (his former employer). I had a great experience at there store while buying my wife’s bike for Christmas. They also, did a great job with restoring my old GT.
