Kitchen includes two gas 6 burner viking stoves with ovens, gas grill, convection oven, large walk in refrigerator, triple sink, double sink and room for a freezer unit if needed. You would have a dedicated 900 feet of work space plus dry storage. Rent is $1000 monthly plus shared utilities (two other food based business’ operate out of the space). First months rent and deposit due at signing.
