More Information on Car Theft
A local resident sent me an email telling me that his wife’s catalytic converter was stolen from her Subaru Tuesday night (3/25/10). Not sure if it is related to the string of other car thefts, but I was under the impression that the other thefts were money, iPods, and accessories. It didn’t appear to be car parts.

I heard from another neighbor down on Floyd that she walked out to see a man underneath her husband’s cutting out his catalytic converter during this same crime period. It is a common crime, but one people in the museum district should be made aware of. It’s not a crime that makes headlines…
