Monument Ave 10K to be Men’s National Championship 10K

The Monument Avenue 10K will be adding another title and a larger purse.
USA Track and Field has declared that their 10K national championship race will be run as part of the Monument Avenue 10K. The announcement will bring some of the top runners in the country and an additional $25,000 purse along with them. Previously, the purse for winners stood at $10,200.
Although I don’t have a shot at a prize, I will be able to say I competed in the USA Track and Field 10K National Championship.
