		<description>This is quite good news. I truly hope them the best; they are opening at a good time to make maximum use of the deck that the place has. I don't know why  that spot hasn't quite perked; seems like the coffee shops lasted longer than anything. 

But management makes a difference, and experience, and sounds like Mezzanine has a leg up far as that's concerned.
