Now the arts center has been lacking and I read that they just hired a new high salaried person to run it with no previous experience in that field and honestly get some people who know what they're doing. I'm a proud board member of the Byrd Theatre Foundation and each person is in an area in which they excel. Keep it simple, and when you're stumped... bring in an expert.
