It looks like the victim’s address is 8 Crenshaw Ave.

It was at 8 N. Crenshaw; I saw it on the news this weekend. The robber took the key to his blue MINI, but was later caught on what appeared to be downtown Broad St. The segment on the news said that the robber told the guy “if you call the cops, I’ll come back and kill you.” Then he said something about why he wasn’t going to kill him immediately.
8 N. Crenshaw was recently for sale (I know because my wife and I looked at the house), so this couple must have just moved in–that sucks.
