Lunchtime robbery @ Carytown Wachovia

The Wachovia branch at 3508 W. Cary St. was held up yesterday in a lunchtime burglary. The 5-3 goateed black man handed a note to the teller and did not brandish a weapon.

This is the 2nd burglary West of the Boulevard in 3 months. In August the SunTrust on Broad was robbed by a man in a construction hat.

  2. The Carytown Wachovias have been held up so many times since I’ve been here in Richmond I’ve lost count. The one by the 7-11 was at one point hit twice in the same day. Crazy.
