Light at Ellwood Thompson’s to be fixed soon
The Richmond Times Dispatch reported today in the “Street Beat” section that the stoplight @ Ellwood Thompson’s Natural Market will be worked on by the city’s traffic engineer and should be operating properly soon. This is a brand new stoplight that was much needed, but still has a few kinks to work out. Apparently there were some problems detecting when vehicles were waiting to exit the store, so the light never turned green in some instances.
Richmond’s Public Works Department has been very responsive when it comes to suggestions on lights/traffic patterns. They can be reached @ dpw@richmondgov.com or 646-0999.
