Karsen’s now open, reviews wanted

Posted on | July 21, 2007 | 2 Comments

After the chef and staff left Zeus Gallery to do their own thing, I’ve been anxiously awaiting what they would come up with.  Karsen’s of CaryTown is the answer.

At urbanplanet.org, an observer wrote “there it was with a classy patio slam packed with people,” but the person never ventured inside.

Have you?  Let us know what you think.  info@wotbn.net.

Karsen’s is located at 3411 W. Cary St.

The couple that writes for in vino veritas gives the new restaraunt on Cary and good review. I might be checking this pkace out in the very near future.

I went twice with my family while visiting Richmond. It had a friendly, efficient staff and a good brunch (I’d happily go back for seconds of the fried green tomatoes with prosciutto, asparagus, and grits). The dinners, while well-presented and fairly good, left something to be desired.
