Kaine amends smoking bill

The Gov amended good ol’ HB 2422 to ban smoking in all restaurants. I still think this gets shot down.

I’m amazed at how illogical people are. I still can’t believe those bar owners who really believe they’ll lose business. Do they honestly believe that cities like Paris and Dublin and Washington, DC never thought of that? Do they think there’s tumbleweed blowing around in their bars? Crickets chirping?
