		<description>I think that 4 hour parking is a good idea, but is not a panacea for bringing more people to Carytown. I&#039;ve stated on more than one occasion on this website that what attracts people to places is not great parking. What attracts people to places is simply more people!  Many of the most successful streets in the world have terrible parking.  Carytown could use 1 or 2 more parking decks and have flex parking in the two grocery store lots.  An article in today&#039;s NY Times gives credence to Paul Goldman&#039;s idea for a pedestrian Carytown: Check it Out!
