Plan 9 Music is excited to announce the launch of a new monthly series of in-store performances featuring local artists. The Local Music Spotlight kicks off on Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m. at the Carytown store and will feature Conshafter, A New Dawn Fades and Robert Parker Vaughn.
