Maybe they could cut the figure from 600k down to about $800 by forgetting about the flat panel TVs and instead, installing some airport line dividers. The only problem bus riders have in this airport is human trash who cuts the line with no regard for those who have peacefully waited. Seriously, Richmond. $600k? That's criminal, truly criminal.
