The Kickers will be back at U of R stadium on April 18 at 7pm versus Harrisburg. Tickets are $12. Last year, the Kickers tied for first during the regular season and lost in the playoffs. New York Deli will host a pre-game party from 5-6:30.
The RTD reports that Benedictine is not moving to Goochland County. The school had been exploring all options as the monastery in charge of the school moved to Goochland. All of the athletic fields, except for basketball, are located in Goochland as well.

The Richmond Kickers play their 2nd home game of the season this Saturday at 7 PM. The Kickers are 2-2 and face Charlotte Eagles, who dominated the Kickers last time on their home turf 3-0, in a rematch. The first 1,000 fans through the gate receive a chip clip. w00t!

The Benedictine men’s basketball team won the Virginia Independent Schools Div I championship for the second straight year. The Cadets crushed Bishop O’Connell 67-46.
