Is the Carytown vacancy rate actually down?

Richmond BizSense has an analysis of the vacancy rate in Carytown. In three months, their analysis shows that vacancy rate has declined from 22 empty spaces to 17. Their rate doesn’t include square footage changes, but indicates improvement nonetheless. More trouble at Byrd Park

From RTD: Richmond police investigated a report of an armed robbery this morning about two blocks east of Byrd Park’s Swan Lake. The robbery was reported shortly after 7:30 a.m. at a GRTC Transit System bus stop at Powhatan Street and Allen Avenue. There were no reports of injuries.
