Median Sales Price …………… $ 480,000 (312,000)
Sales Price/List Price Ratio …….. 95.1 % (98.4)
Days on Market …………………….. 69 (70)
Average $ per square foot ……….$ 230.35 ($197.04)
The data is slightly skewed due to a >$2 MM home sale in the area. However, the median sales price, average price per square foot, and days on market look good and shouldn’t be affected by the skewed data.
