Documentary on public schools “2 Million Minutes” free at The Byrd today

With all the chatter over at RVANews on public schools, today’s screening of “2 Million Minutes” at The Byrd seems pretty applicable. 2 Million Minutes is a documentary exploring the relationship between education and economic competitiveness. Honors students in China, India, and the US are followed as they complete high school and prepare for college.
Showtime is 7 PM today (Tuesday) and is free.
