For those of you that may not have participated last year, a major gripe about the Workshop process was that the PD assigned topics to the work groups (panhandling, speeding, car theft, etc.) based on their own observations and without neighborhood input. Though the assigned concerns were certainly validm many participants found that their group’s assigned topic did not really reflect the perceived concerns of the neighborhoods.

Even if you cannot come to the Sector meeting, and you should consider it in my opinion, you would be adding value to the process by returning the survey with some meaningful input.
