		<description>I was there, as were 60-ish other folks, and i too thought the presentation was disappointing, these guys might have been eating and sleeping the details every waking moment over the past two years, but most of us have not...i was disappointed with the level of patience shown by &quot;mr. baseball&quot; in managing confused questions from the audience, he&#039;s going to have to stop taking it personally if he is going to continue to add value to the highwoods presentations, he was almost a liability in my opinion

however, it was what we should have expected, a dog and pony show by folks that want it to happen, how could we have expected it would present both sides evenly?</description>
