Death on Kensington ruled Accidental

“Jessica Pascual, whose body was found in a Richmond Museum District apartment parking lot earlier this year, died from a combination of intoxication and blunt-force injuries, the state Medical Examiner’s Office said today.”
She was under the influence of heroin and alcohol. So sad.
