Councilman to target pan handling

An interview with First District Councilman Bruce Tyler is featured in “The Columns,” The Museum District’s Quarterly newsletter. He intends on issuing an ordinance to ban pan handling in residential neighborhoods. Pan handling has gotten worse in the short time that I’ve lived West of the Boulevard. I actually saw two bums fighting for the corner of the I-195 exit ramp at Cary Street last week.
