Construction-hatted individual robs SunTrust

News of the weird IN RICHMOND! On Monday, a black goateed male wearing a white construction hat and a safety vest entered SunTrust Bank @ 3022 W. Broad and demanded money. No word on the dollar amount stolen.

No note was used, and no weapon displayed.

Humorous, yet disturbing. He should have been fixing the pothole.
