		<description>Yes, Daniel, that is so.  More specifically, for anyone just tuning in, the previous building was torn down at threat of demolition by the city.  Said demolition was the ultimate conclusion, in the interest of public safety, of roughly two decades  of the property owner&#039;s refusal to bring it into compliance... Basically it was left to rot.  

The same individual owns Mom&#039;s Siam with its missing upstairs windows.  I enjoy the restaurant but feel for them that the property owner continues to refuse to make repairs to the building.</description>
