Central VA Food Bank Needs Peanut Butter

Posted on | March 12, 2007 | 1 Comment

I imagine the salmonella scare has made peanut butter scarce and expensive, plus people don’t want to donate it. The thing is, I feel like peanut butter is a super nutritional food that goes a long way if you’re struggling to make ends meet. Plus, kids love it.

So, if you want to help out the Central Virginia Food Bank, drop some peanut butter at their own location, or any of their other drop locations.

Other things they could use over there at the CVFB:

  • Canned Chicken and Ham
  • Canned Tuna and Salmon
  • Canned Veggies
  • Canned Fruits
  • Spaghetti Sauce
  • Hot and Cold Cereals
  • Pasta and Rice
