Carytown books looking for volunteers who hate the man

From the RTD:

Starting May 16th at 4:00 p.m., Carytown Books and James River Writers will be hosting a 72-hour reading marathon of banned books. They are now recruiting volunteers to read in intervals of at least 30 minutes. Partners sharing 2-hour shifts are preferred, and overnight teams are welcome. The event will take place at Carytown Books (4021 MacArthur Avenue, Richmond). Titles will include Slaughterhouse Five, To Kill A Mockingbird, The Catcher in the Rye, Of Mice and Men, Harry Potter, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings, Flowers for Algernon, Bridge to Terabithia, The Color Purple, etc.

Sounds awesome, call 261-7710 for details or to volunteer.
