Build-your-own Gingerbread House at VMFA

Posted on | December 4, 2007 | No Comments

gingerbread-house.jpgThe Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is hosting a class to build your own gingerbread house, aimed at kids aged 5-12, on Saturday, December 8th. The fee is a little bit pricey at $32, but with all materials included, it’s not a bad deal. Adults get to tag along for free.

I remember building my first gingerbread house in 2nd grade. Most of the royal icing, used as cement, ended up in my stomach instead of on the house.
