Benedictine not moving to Goochland
The RTD reports that Benedictine is not moving to Goochland County. The school had been exploring all options as the monastery in charge of the school moved to Goochland. All of the athletic fields, except for basketball, are located in Goochland as well.
This is great news! Having two schools in the middle of the Museum District – two great schools, with unique activities (such as morning assembly in the parking lot) really adds to the urban neighborhood appeal of our area.
