Another copper thief arrested, hospitalized

RTD has the story of a copper thief who was severely burned while trying to steal copper wiring from a substation owned by Dominion Virginia Power. He’s now in stable condition with burns on over 65% of his body.
What was he thinking?

What a stroke of genius to try to strip wire from a power co. sub-station. Bit of a “shocking” experience, wot?
