Acacia features the wine and food of South America

This Wednesday, Acacia restaurant in CaryTown hosts “The Wines of South America,” the pairing of South American cooking and three glasses of amazing wine from the same area.

The meal is selected by Bryon Jones of Country Vinter, who chose to stay in season with the menu.  Since it’s winter there, the menu is “light and cool”

  • Tomato and coconut soup
  • Salmon Ceviche
  • Choice of grilled cobia or wagu sirloin

The price is $35, and reservations are recommended.
