He proposes that revenue from the abolished tax would be replaced with increased sales tax revenue and reinstating the estate tax (&quot;an extremely fair tax...&quot;that should not have been removed).  No mention of the bicycles. Hmmm.

BTW, south of Cary Street and to the east is in the 69th district currently represented by Frank Hall (D), Ray Gargiulo (R) is listed on the ballot according to http://www.vote-va.org/ .Talk about redistricting, assuming this map is still accurate, the 69th is shaped like a moose (http://www.virginiaplaces.org/government/17map.html)</description>

		<description>the 68th district is a great example of why we need to look at redistricting. How many people know that the majority of the district is in Chesterfield? Three candidates, who all are from the city, lack understanding of 60% of citizens they represent.</description>
