Just because someone fails to do there job, does not excuse another person from fulfilling their responsibility. Still, that does take away from the irony that the city expects its citizens to do what it fails to live up to. We are now on day 3 and expecting sleet tonight. The City's performance has been very poor, but they have hundreds of miles of road to clear. We have 30 feet of sidewalk to clear. Be a decent neighbor. The number of people who have failed to clear their sidewalks three days after the storm is such a sad statement.
